I have more than three years of experience assisting Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Boston area. In 2013 I managed 17 transactions which represented a 64 percent increase in business over 2012 and an 87% increase in dollar volume. Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate I spent more than 20 years as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several professional services companies in the Boston area. Most recently I operated my own consulting business offering interim and contract CFO services to a number of local companies. My professional financial experience and general business knowledge will serve my clients well as they navigate the many changes in today’s real estate market. David Dalton, our Realtor for the sale of property for the Estate of Johnnie L. Kirksey, Roxbury, MA, was excellent to work with and so dedicated to ensuring that the sale went smoothly to the end.
